15 Free Things To Do in Denver This Summer (That Are Actually Good)
Denver summer doesn't have to cost anything. Pride on 16th Street, free Red Rocks-adjacent nights, neighborhood street fairs, and weekly markets, all verified, all free.
1. Denver PrideFest on the new 16th Street
June 28. The parade, the festival, and half a million people on a street that just reopened after years of construction. The most Denver day of 2026, and it costs nothing.
2. Juneteenth Music Festival in Five Points
June 19-21. A parade, 100-plus street stands, and a Sunday music crawl through the venues of Welton Street, the neighborhood once called the Harlem of the West. SiR headlines.
3. DENVER BAZAAR at Larimer Square
June 20. Free admission to an open-air market on Denver's oldest block: local makers, cocktails, DJs. Same day as the Highlands Street Fair, so make it a two-stop Saturday.

Levitt Pavilion's marquee free night: Denver's own Flobots in Ruby Hill Park. The venue does 50 free shows a summer; this one fills the lawn.

July 3-5. About 260 juried artists from around the world, free to browse, with live performances all weekend through Cherry Creek North.
7. Colorado Black Arts Festival
