The Arc Arapahoe is the nonprofit disability-services agency serving Arapahoe, Douglas and Elbert counties, and it opens its own Centennial office for one free Halloween afternoon rather than charging for a typical pop-up carnival.
The Saturday festival runs 4 PM to 8 PM at 6538 South Racine Circle in Centennial, with a haunted house, pumpkin patch, trunk-or-treat, bounce house and food trucks. General admission is free; the organizer's Eventbrite page allows refunds up to one day before the event.
