Banda El Recodo has been called the mother of all bandas for a reason: the Sinaloan institution has run continuously since 1938 and fills arenas across Mexico and the US. They share this Denver bill with Banda Los Recoditos, the younger sister act behind Mi Ultimo Deseo.
The show lands at the National Western Complex, the big hall north of downtown that anchors Denver's regional Mexican circuit. Tickets run $50 plus about $8 in fees on Ticketon, and the listing is all ages. Friday, doors around 7 PM.
