Civic Center EATS is downtown Denver's long-running lunch ritual, and the reason to walk over is the sheer count: more than 50 food trucks parked in one place, with organizers noting the roster runs about 80 percent women and BIPOC-owned small businesses.
The 2026 season runs Wednesdays and Thursdays, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., through October 15, with live sets from Youth on Record. This year the trucks are staged along Bannock Street and the Civic Center Park meadow, in front of the City and County building, because of park construction.
