Colorado Uncorked is the state wine industry's night to show its hand: every Gold Medal winner from the 2026 Governor's Cup competition poured in one room at the History Colorado Center, with the Best in Show announced live during the event. It is the only chance to taste the full 2026 collection in one place.
General admission runs 7 to 9:30 PM with small bites from Colorado chefs. VIP entry starts at 6 PM and adds past-year Governor's Cup pours and a dedicated menu from Occasions Catering. The event is put on by the Colorado wine industry with History Colorado.
