Denver Roller Derby's home bouts pack The Rollerdome with one of the city's most committed subcultures, and the August 1 doubleheader puts two matchups on a single ticket. The league's Mile High Club has ranked among the top teams in the world, so the competition is genuine, not novelty.
Tickets run roughly $10 to $15 and doors open at 5 p.m. The Rollerdome sits at 2375 S. Delaware Street near the Evans light rail station; it is an all-ages, family-friendly event with concessions on site.
