Two songwriters split a Friday night in Swallow Hill’s Tuft Theatre. The shared-bill format is the folk school’s bread and butter: two writers, one quiet room, songs close enough that you hear the guitar and not the PA.
Cole Scheifele is a Colorado songwriter who built his following on the Front Range circuit rather than a label push, which is the sort of act the Tuft exists to hold before it outgrows the room.
