Futurebirds came out of Athens, Georgia with a loose, pedal-steel-soaked take on country-rock and a reputation for shows that run long and loud. The Gothic, an old Englewood movie house turned music room, gives them a low ceiling and a packed floor to push against.
General admission. The Gothic sits on South Broadway with metered and side-street parking; it is also a straight shot down Broadway from central Denver.
