Kofi Kinaata is one of Ghana's most decorated highlife and Afrobeats songwriters, a repeat Ghana Music Awards winner whose Fante-language storytelling rarely reaches a Denver stage. For the metro's large West African community, an Aurora date from an artist of his standing is the kind of night people plan travel around.
The show lands Saturday, August 1, 2026, with doors and music from 7 PM at the Paris Event Center on South Buckley Road, presented by Goldcoast Events. Denver's own Denver Highlife Band shares the bill, so the evening leans on live highlife rather than a DJ set.
