Candlelight Walk in Downtown Littleton

Littleton does not wait for December. On the Friday after Thanksgiving, Main Street runs its Candlelight Walk, a tradition the downtown merchants have kept going for years, and the century-old storefronts stay open late while the lights come on.

The official listing promises hot cider, holiday music and reindeer, and the walk doubles as a collection point: non-perishable food goes to Inter-Faith Community Services and toys go to the Arapahoe Santa Claus Shop. Bring one of each if you are coming anyway.

It is free and aimed at families. The start time is not published on the downtown calendar yet, so treat it as an evening event and check back closer to the date. Street parking on Main fills early. The RTD Downtown Littleton light rail station is about two blocks off Main Street and skips the problem entirely.
