Northglenn does not land many dated running events, and this one is built for people who do not think of themselves as runners. The Colorado Brewery Running Series puts a 5k around Prost Brewing's Northglenn taproom and says plainly that running, walking, and jogging all count the same.
Prost brews German styles year round, so Oktoberfest here is the house specialty rather than a theme laid over a taproom for one weekend. Costumes are part of the format and there are prizes for the best of them.
