RockyGrass is one of the country's defining bluegrass gatherings, a 54-year-old festival held on a riverside ranch where the St. Vrain River runs right past the stage. The 2026 lineup, topped by I'm With Her, Punch Brothers, and the Sam Bush Bluegrass Band, is reason enough for Denver pickers to make the hour drive north to Lyons.
The festival is run by Planet Bluegrass, which also stages the Telluride Bluegrass Festival, and its on-site camping and tubing culture are part of the draw. The grounds sit about an hour northwest of Denver; day passes and three-day tickets are both sold.
