Belmar's plaza turns over to Colorado's Romanian community on October 3 for the Romanian Festival, a day of traditional food, folk dance, and music in the open-air plaza.
It's one of several ethnic and cultural festivals Belmar dates onto its plaza calendar through the fall, alongside a Lakewood Food & Wine tasting and a dog-themed BARKtember fest.
