Tacos, Tequila and Traditions at Hudson Gardens
- When
- Fri, Sep 11 · 5 to 9:30 PM
- Where
- Hudson Gardens, Littleton
- Price
- $85 to $90
Most tequila events in the metro are a hotel ballroom with a pour list and a step and repeat. Hudson Gardens hands its grounds along the South Platte to the Hispanic Restaurant Association, the Denver trade group whose member restaurants cook the tastings, and to Ballet Folklorico Patria Mexicana, who perform traditional Mexican dance across the evening.
Food stations, tequila tastings, music, and dance are spread through the gardens rather than stacked into one tent, which is most of what separates this from a tasting event in a conference room. It runs one Friday night in September and does not repeat.

Tickets are $85 to $90 and the evening runs 5 to 9:30 PM. Hudson Gardens posts no age policy for this one, and with tequila service on site, plan on bringing ID. Parking is on site at 6115 South Santa Fe Drive, and the Mary Carter Greenway trail runs past the gardens if you would rather ride in than drive.
