A Taste of Colorado is the city's Labor Day food festival, a free-entry event in Civic Center Park that has drawn crowds in the hundreds of thousands across its run. The 2026 edition opens September 4 with more than 50 restaurants and four stages of live music.
Entry is free; food and drink are pay-as-you-go by ticket. The park sits between the Capitol and the City and County Building downtown, well served by light rail and bus, which beats hunting for holiday-weekend parking.
