Downtown Westminster trades its usual market setup for decorated car trunks and costumes on the Saturday before Halloween, and it runs out of the Kokopelli Beer Company lot rather than a park.
The window is tight: two hours, noon to 2 PM, on October 24, a week ahead of Halloween itself.
