Running since 1969, the Wheat Ridge Carnation Festival is the city's signature summer weekend, and it is free to attend. The 2026 edition takes over Anderson Park from August 7 to 9.
The festival parade rolls Saturday morning, August 8 at 9:30 AM, followed by carnival rides, a beer garden and multiple stages of live music through the weekend.
