Things To Do in Denver This Weekend: June 19-21, 2026

Juneteenth takes over Five Points, DENVER BAZAAR lights up Larimer Square, and Red Rocks runs back-to-back nights. Here are the 10 events worth your Friday-through-Sunday, June 19-21, 2026.

Things To Do in Denver This Weekend: June 19-21, 2026

1. DENVER BAZAAR takes over Larimer Square (Saturday)

Saturday, June 20. DENVER BAZAAR turns Denver's oldest block into an open-air shopping party: local makers, food, cocktails, and live music under the string lights, free to walk in. It is steps from Union Station, which makes it the easy anchor for a downtown Saturday. Pair it with the Highlands Street Fair across the river and you have a full day without a ticket.

2. People + Produce markets bookend the weekend

The Thornton market at Carpenter Park runs Thursday evening into the weekend, and the Belleview Station market opens Sunday morning in the DTC. Both are free, both bring Colorado farms and local makers, and both are the low-key, actually-good way to start or end the weekend if the big festivals are not your speed.

3. Juneteenth Music Festival in Five Points (all weekend)

June 19-21. The largest Juneteenth celebration in the region returns to Welton Street, the Five Points blocks once known as the Harlem of the West: a Saturday parade, more than a hundred street stands, and a music crawl through the neighborhood's venues. Free to attend, and the single biggest reason to be in Denver this weekend.

4. Two nights at Red Rocks

Louis Tomlinson brings his solo world tour to Red Rocks on Friday, June 19, and O.A.R. headlines Saturday, June 20 with Gavin DeGraw and Phantom Planet opening. Two very different rooms full of people singing every word, on back-to-back nights in the best outdoor venue in the country.

5. Highlands Street Fair (Saturday)

Saturday, June 20. The long-running free street fair takes over West 32nd in Highland Square with live music, more than a hundred booths, and food trucks. Same day as DENVER BAZAAR, so a Larimer-to-Highland two-stop Saturday is the play.

6. Free all weekend: jazz, soccer, and a screen the size of a building

City Park Jazz returns Sunday evening on Ferril Lake, free, in its 40th year. McGregor Square broadcasts the 2026 FIFA World Cup on its 66-foot screen all weekend, also free. Bring a picnic to one, grab a beer at the other.

7. Last call: Harry Potter and the Cursed Child

The touring production closes at the Buell Theatre on Sunday, June 21. If you have been meaning to catch it, this is the final weekend in Denver. Matinee and evening shows both run before it leaves town.

8. If you want to leave the city

The Colorado Renaissance Festival is open in the Larkspur pines: jousting, turkey legs, and a permanent 16th-century village, about 45 minutes south. A good rain-or-shine, all-ages backup if downtown feels too crowded.
