Andrea Bocelli at Red Rocks is one of the amphitheatre’s biggest annual draws, and the Italian tenor returns for two nights on September 20 and 21, trading an opera house for the open-air sandstone that suits his voice.
Bocelli has sold more than 90 million records worldwide and typically tours with a full orchestra and guest sopranos, a production scaled for the venue’s natural acoustics.
Both shows begin at 8 p.m. September nights at altitude turn cold quickly, so a real coat is worth the trouble.
