38th Annual Champagne Cascade
- When

- Where
- The Brown Palace Hotel and Spa, Denver
- Price
- $69-$849 (GA+ $69, VIP $99, Ambassador $849)
Denver's holiday season has had the same opening act for 38 years: a champagne tower, poured from above into a cascade of coupes in the Brown Palace's Atrium Lobby, at noon sharp. It happens once a year, on November 8 this time, and three different brunch tiers buy a seat for it.
The $69 GA+ ticket includes brunch at Ellyngton's with champagne poured through the meal; $99 VIP moves brunch into the Grand Ballroom with a balcony view of the pour. The $849 Ambassador tier puts you on the Atrium floor itself, with a five-course table brunch and bottomless Dom Perignon.

Doors run 9 AM to 1 PM. The cascade itself is a single noon pour, so the earlier seatings get the longest runway before it.
