Show Me The Body built its reputation on banjo-and-blast-beat noise punk out of NYC, a sound that has no real analog on a typical south-metro concert calendar, which makes this stop at the Gothic worth the drive for anyone who tracks the harder edges of touring hardcore. The bill stacks three openers deep with Whispers, Lip Critic, and Holder, giving it the density of a mini-festival inside a single-room venue.
The show is Wednesday, September 23 at 8 PM at Gothic Theatre, 3263 S. Broadway in Englewood, a roughly 1,100-capacity room south of downtown Denver. Tickets start around $52.
The event is listed as 16 and over. South-metro club shows at this size routinely sell through their cheaper tiers first, so earlier purchase locks in the lower price.
