Danny Meyer built Shake Shack and Union Square Hospitality Group on the idea that hospitality is the whole business, and he is bringing that argument back to Denver with an NFL legend asking the questions. Peyton Manning moderates a fireside chat with Meyer on November 3 at the Seawell Ballroom, tied to Meyer's new book, a 20-year follow-up to his "Setting the Table."
1st Street Farms hosts the charity benefit in partnership with EatDenver, the trade group for the city's independent restaurants. Doors open at 11:45 AM and the program runs 1 to 2:15 PM.
