The Denver leg of the 48 Hour Film Project wraps its 2026 run on August 23 with a Best Of screening at the Bug Theatre, showing the strongest entries from teams who wrote, shot, and edited a complete short film inside a single 48-hour weekend.
Earlier group screenings ran August 14 and 15; this is the finalists' showcase, the one-night event most worth planning around if you're only catching one.
The competition is part of the international 48 Hour Film Project circuit, which sends winning entries on to a global Filmapalooza screening.
