The Denver Art Museum gives away its general admission a handful of days a year, and those free days are the cheapest way to see one of the largest art collections between Chicago and the West Coast. The next two land July 14 and September 12, 2026.
Free admission covers the general collection but not separately ticketed special exhibitions. Timed tickets are still recommended on free days, which draw crowds.
The museum is in the Golden Triangle at 100 West 14th Avenue Parkway, a short walk from the Clyfford Still Museum if you want to stack two stops. Reserve a free-day slot online to skip the line.
