Tab Benoit

Tab Benoit is the rare blues headliner who built a theater-sized audience entirely on road work rather than radio play, and Denver has been part of that circuit for decades. He plays Louisiana swamp blues out of Houma, and away from the guitar he founded Voice of the Wetlands, the nonprofit and festival he started to draw attention to coastal land loss in his home state.

The show is at the Gothic Theatre at 3263 S. Broadway in Englewood, the roughly 1,100-capacity South Broadway room that sits between club and theater scale. The main floor is general admission standing with limited balcony seating above it, so anyone who wants to sit should plan to arrive when doors open rather than at showtime.
