If you had a burned CD in 2004, you know the crow feathers and the chorus of 'In the Shadows,' and that is exactly the crowd this show is aimed at. The Rasmus formed in Helsinki in 1994, broke internationally with the 2003 album 'Dead Letters,' and has kept working since, including representing Finland at the 2022 Eurovision Song Contest with 'Jezebel.'
This is a full headline set rather than a package tour slot, and it lands the band in a roughly 1,100-capacity theater instead of the arenas it plays in Europe. Nostalgia bills like this one tend to draw a wide age range, from people who bought the record to people who found it through streaming playlists.
London band Saint Agnes opens. The show is at the Gothic Theatre at 3263 S. Broadway in Englewood, where the floor is general admission standing; the Ticketmaster listing for the date carries doors time, showtime, and the age policy.
