A record store playing a new album front to back before it lands is the kind of small music moment that drops off calendars fast. Wax Trax, the longtime Denver record shop, hosts a Weezer listening party at its Stanley Marketplace location, spinning the new record for whoever turns up.
The party runs Sunday, August 16 from 2 to 4 PM inside Wax Trax at Stanley Marketplace in Aurora. It is a drop-in record-store event, not a ticketed concert, and the band is not performing. Check the shop for any RSVP details.
